Outdoor and lifestyle brand from the UK

For a well-known British company with various outdoor, sports and lifestyle brands, I was responsible for the following activities for over 15 years:

• Registration of the legal entity

• Setting up an office and showroom

• Recruiting and training the team (sales, marketing, sales support, administration)

• Start-up and expansion of retail to multiple locations

• Launch on Bol.com with revenue growth to €500K+

• I laid the foundation for the launch on the Dutch market, integrating wholesale, retail and e-commerce into the business model. The company now has a prominent position in the Dutch landscape with a clear long-term vision and strategy. This includes the expansion of the customer portfolio from 0 to 200+ trading partners


Retail development

I supervised the development of several branches for a British retailer.

This includes the entire process from location selection to opening day.

International brand in travel goods

For a start-up in bags and travel accessories, I was responsible for the launch and further growth on platforms such as Bol.com and Amazon:

• Successful integration with fulfilment partner

• Growth from 0 to dozens of orders per day. Revenue growth to €250K+
